Got to be The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 right? Daniel Pearl did the cinematography for this one and I just feel like it did it justice.

TCM 2003 definitely isn’t bad at all especially for a remake. I think it’s one of the stronger 2000’s remakes out there for sure. To me the best sequel will always be TCM 2. I think Tobe Hooper went about this sequel the perfect way. There’s no way to capture that lightning in a bottle the first film had, so waiting 12 years then making a sequel that was still shocking but had a stronger sense of black comedy in it was perfect. The addition of Chop Top and the new final girl, Stretch, really make the movie for me. Also the colorful underground setting and the madman himself Dennis Hopper really make it very fun and memorable. And who doesn’t love that bridge scene in the beginning? Amazing effects from Tom Savini.

I grew up on this. Born in 1979 had some
Cool young parents that liked to sit us in front of the tv with films like this. Absolutely terrifying but I Loved it. Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The next Generation is one of my favorites. Admittedly I love the poster for this. Hate the mask so for Halloween this year, I made my own mask and replicated the outfit. Please let me know what you think.
